The Lagos State Police Command has congratulated Dr. Ayo Ogunsan on his appointment as the Executive Secretary of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
In a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abimbola Adebisi, on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Jimoh, the Command described Dr. Ogunsan’s appointment as “well-deserved,” noting that it reflects the governor’s trust and confidence in his leadership capacity.
According to Mediaplusng.com, the Police Command praised Dr. Ogunsan for his years of selfless service and commitment to improving the security framework of Lagos State. The statement highlighted his experience as a long-standing member of the LSSTF Board and his valuable partnership with various security agencies, saying these qualities will enable him to deliver effectively in his new role.
The Commissioner of Police expressed confidence that Dr. Ogunsan will bring integrity, institutional knowledge, and strategic insight to the Fund, ensuring that it continues to support and strengthen public safety initiatives across Lagos. “We have no doubt that he will deliver on his mandate successfully,” the statement added.
