The Federal Government secures the release of 100 school children abducted from St. Mary’s Catholic School in Papiri, Niger State, bringing hope to worried parents and the community.
According to Mediaplusng.com, Bishop Bulus Yohanna’s office expresses cautious optimism. In a statement signed by his Media Aide, Daniel Atori, he says, “It will be a thing of joy if some of our children have been released. We have been praying and waiting for their return, and if this is true, it is cheering news.”
The Bishop’s office, however, notes that they have not yet received official confirmation. They continue to hope and pray that all remaining abducted children will also be safely returned.
Mediaplusng.com adds that authorities are working tirelessly to ensure the safe release of the remaining students. The government reassures parents and the public of its commitment to child safety and security in schools across the state.
