Manchester United were once again left frustrated on Sunday as they played out a 1-1 draw against Fulham in their Premier League clash at Craven Cottage.
According to Mediaplusng.com, United had the chance to take control in the first half when Bruno Fernandes won a penalty in the 38th minute. However, the Portuguese midfielder fired over the bar, missing a golden opportunity to put his team ahead.
United eventually broke the deadlock in the 58th minute. Leny Yoro rose highest from a corner, and his header deflected off Fulham striker Rodrigo Muniz, crossing the line for an own goal.
But Fulham showed resilience and fought back. As reported by Mediaplusng.com, substitute Emile Rowe equalized in the 73rd minute after a clever pass from Super Eagles star Alex Iwobi. The home side pushed forward with more chances, but could not find a winner.
Manchester United, meanwhile, struggled to regain momentum after conceding, leaving Erik ten Hag’s men still searching for their first Premier League win of the new season
