The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has criticized Governor Nasir Idris of kebbi State as he marks two years in office.

PDP describes his administration as “theatre of mediocrity, propaganda, and betrayal.”

Speaking in Birnin Kebbi, the PDP State Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Sani Dododo, accused the governor of gross mismanagement and failing to meet the developmental needs of the state.

“The last two years under Governor Nasir Idris have been nothing short of squandered opportunities, deceitful governance, and directionless leadership,” Dododo stated. “What we have witnessed is a parade of incompetence disguised as progress.”

Dododo further alleged that the APC-led administration has yet to present a coherent development plan, nor has it fulfilled its campaign promises.

“There is no clear vision, no sustainable policy direction, and no genuine commitment to the welfare of the people,” he added.

He also criticized the Kebbi State House of Assembly, accusing it of failing in its oversight role.

“The House of Assembly has become a club of political errand boys who merely rubber-stamp whatever comes from the executive,” he said.

The PDP concluded by calling on the people of Kebbi to remain vigilant and demand accountability from their leaders.
